Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the dishes are washed properly and ready for the next meal
• Assist the cook in the serving line
• Maintain a clean work area
• Clean/sanitize dishwasher/under dishwasher after each use
• Check chemical mixture
• Make sure that the clean schedule is kept up

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform routine tasks on a repetitive basis as well as new or specific tasks as assigned. Follow specific instructions and direction independently and from the supervisor.

Other Duties:

• Participate in facility-wide emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

• As assigned; including some weekends, holidays and evenings.
• This is a non-exempt position, subject to applicable labor laws and regulations.
